What this site collects
Nothing on its own. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad tags, or tracking scripts. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the address a request came from and the time it arrived, the way every web server does.
The live demo
The demo runs entirely in your browser on a demo building with a fictional name and simulated responders. It saves a few view settings, such as which layers you have turned on, in your own browser so they stay put between visits. Those settings never leave your device, and nothing you do in the demo is sent to LensPoint.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we use what you send to reply to you and to set up a walkthrough. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Client building data
Building data for LensPoint clients is handled under a written data policy and the terms of each client agreement. It never appears on this site.
